SAHAS Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2000 by the promoter Mr Rakesh Nair
(M.D.) for manufacturing flocked rubber profiles for sliding windows of automobiles for the original equipment manufacturing ( O.E.M. ) segment. As established for , the firm has been catering to the window manufacturing segment for the car and coach body building sectors form the year 2000 till date.
The firm is having a centrally located office and factory premise situated at J- 58, S- Block,
M.I.D.C. Bhosari, Pune 411 026 ,
Maharashatra, India Covering a total area of 6500 sq. ft.

The company is having a current production capacity of producing 9000 mtrs. of flocked rubber channel per day

| Quality Policy |
The Company has a Policy of procuring all raw material required for manufacturing of our product from ISO 9001 Accrediated units
including rubber extrusions , P.U. Adhesive and Nylon Cut Fibers. Also the company has the facility for testing the final product as per standards laid down by its various clients ranging between 10,000 cycles and 15,000 cycles of glass run on the particular product before the nylon
fibers gets dislodged from the surface. |
